I have recently released my Boudoir Page which displays a small sample of my work and provides some information on my Boudoir Sessions. This is a very exciting and fun type of photography for women and I am having a blast with it!
I have organized my second Boudoir Marathon on January 24th, 2009 at the Delta Saint John. I'm pleased to say that it has been completely booked up! I am sorry for those who will miss it, but I hope to have another planned later this year! I also have many private in home and studio sessions currently booked as well - if you have any questions about these sessions please don't hesitate to contact me!

I am also accepting bookings for Portraits, Seniors, Pets and more for 2009.

Did I mention I love my job?
I do. I cannot wait to see what 2009 brings and to meet more fabulous people!

Swirly Chocolaty Candy Cane Goodness!

When Sandy picked up her photo package from our most recent shoot together, she gave me some DELICIOUS chocolaty treats! Oh my, these were GOOD! I even shared with my coworkers and then promised I would give it a try and bring it in to work and share. A few weeks later, here we have it - My Chocolaty Creation! ;)

It is super easy ~ Try it yourself!
Wilton Colored Melting Chocolate Wafers
Crushed Candy Canes
Baking sheet with waxed paper

Directions:
Melt chocolate as instructed on package. Pour chocolate over your baking sheet. Take a spoon or other utensil and swirl designs in the different colored chocolate until you have the desired *swirly* look! Then sprinkle your crushed candy canes all over the top of your chocolate artwork and place in the fridge. Within minutes, remove it from the fridge, and break into pieces! Voila and Enjoy! ;)
Happy Holidays!

*This officially marks the end of my holiday binge, back to the gym and diet for me!*

Mom, this one is for you!

Sarah Jane Flemming, Makeup Artist ~ Fashion Shoot

I am always up for doing something different. When Sarah told me she wanted to do a fashion style shoot for her Makeup Portfolio, I was beyond excited! I decided I would invite Ryan and Beaver along as I knew it would be a great afternoon and they would enjoy it too! While posing outside in the snow seemed like a fabulous thought, DOING it in -30 weather with a nasty wind-chill was another thing! We set up outside for a few minutes, and thankfully for Ryan's hand warmers, we didn't completely freeze to death! lol After that attempt, we all headed over to the Market Square parking garage and set up shoot in the empty area towards the back. To some, this may look like a dingy dark parking lot - to us, the perfect location for a shoot! Chris, Matt, Amanda and Sarah all turned out to be fabulous models! I could not pick just a few images, so here is a bunch!
Sarah, I look forward to working with you in the near future!

Crossman Family

When Lindsay contacted me about having photos done for her family of 6 from ages 21 months to 77 years - I was up for the challenge! Since it was pretty chilly outside, we met up at Market Square for most of the photos and then walked around outside on the boardwalk afterwards. Griffin was exceptionally good outside, even though it was a tad on the cool side. What a wonderful day to be able to photograph such a beautiful family of so many generations! Little Griffin is certainly going to be a heartbreaker when he gets older - watch out ladies!
Enjoy your images Crossman family and Merry Christmas!

I met Amy, Dale and their son Darrin at Market Square - a very popular spot for winter family photos lately! I've known Amy from the Animal Rescue work we both volunteer for at the SJARL. Amy also makes BEAUTIFUL Silver and Bead Jewelry, some of which I have been drooling over for some time now ~ her work is just stunning!
What a beautiful family and they also have another on the way! Enjoy your images and I cannot wait to meet your new little one next year ;)

Baby Kyle's First Christmas

Kyle is the sweetest, most well behaved little baby - Ever! This will be his First Christmas so it was a very special photo shoot day!
I photographed him when he was just a few weeks old, many images of which you can find in my little ones portfolio page. His mommy and daddy had tons of ideas and props to play with so we managed to get some really cute shots ;) What an adorable little munchkin!
Enjoy your first Christmas Kyle!

Emily & Tristen

This was my third photo shoot with these two darlings in just 7 Months! After I arrived, Tristen actually asked his mom why they had to have photos taken so often! Being an adult, I completely understand wanting to capture memories of your child's youth, but I'm sure to a young boy, it does not sound so urgent. Regardless we had fun chasing Emily around Market Square and getting some casual shots of the two of them for Christmas photos. Looking forward to our next one, Sandy! Enjoy ;)
